Top customer service in 2024: first place for our Customer Service Centre


Our Customer Service Centre was awarded first place for customer service in 2024 in the Postal, Courier & Parcel Services category by Blick and Statista.

Customer service usually receives relatively critical feedback, which made the news that the survey had ranked us first in our industry all the more gratifying. And as befits our podium finish, we marked the occasion with celebratory drinks with the entire team on a Friday evening. Once again, we would like to congratulate all of our employees on this fantastic result and express our gratitude for their tireless commitment to our family business.

The Top Customer Service in Switzerland 2024 list recognises companies and institutions that provide outstanding customer service, based on an independent survey of consumers who have had experience of purchasing or obtaining services from companies over the last three years. Over 40,000 reviews were collected through a combination of consumer panels from Statista and a survey published online at blick.ch. The assessment covered 7 sectors and 73 industries, from which over 1,300 ‘top players’ were shortlisted, based on their prominence in the reviews, with respondents also having the opportunity to rate additional companies.
