You can send parcels of various sizes with us, weighing up to 30 kg. We will deliver these to your customers in Switzerland by no later than the following day – unless you choose one of our additional delivery options.
Additional options enable you to arrange the delivery to suit your customers requirements.
The customer will receive the shipment no later than the next working day. Want to choose when your shipment arrives? You can.
Place your order and we can deliver your shipment the following day:
As soon as we have your shipment, on request we will send you and your customer a confirmation email and/or text message. Other notifications follow until successful delivery.
You can customize and co-brand these notifications.
Through and through you will be able to track your shipments whenever you want using the ‘Track & Trace’ in our shipping portal. So you know exactly where your parcels are.
You have the choice of two options for your delivery:
1. The parcel is deposited
We recommend this option if your customer is difficult to reach but still wants to receive the parcel at a specific time. In this event, we will leave your shipment without personal confirmation or we will hand it to a predefined individual. The GPS coordinates and a photo is stored as IOD in the Track & Trace.
2. Personal delivery with identity check
If you want your recipient to prove their identity, we will check it on your behalf before we hand over the parcel.
Our environmentally friendly ecoboxes offer better protection than traditional cardboard boxes. The ecoboxes can be shipped safely and have a seal and identification code. We also scan your ecobox at all touchpoints to enable you to track it in real time at any point.
Returning parcels can be complicated, time consuming and annoying. But it doesn’t have to be that way. When delivering parcels, we are happy to accept returns. This is practical for you and for your customers.
A multi parcel shipment involves placing an order to send several parcels to the same person. We collect the parcels from different locations at your request and deliver them to a single recipient address.
Working together with our international partners, we can deliver your parcel in over 195 countries. So it doesn’t matter at all whether your recipient is located in Switzerland or not.

Your customers are free to change the delivery details – such as the delivery date or address – up until 15 minutes before delivery. For example, they can arrange for the parcel to be delivered to an office, a neighbour or a holiday home.
If no one is there when we attempt the first delivery, we will send notification by email and/or text and leave a card in the letterbox. The customer can use the card to state their redelivery preferences.
Everyone knows that you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. The drivers who work for ‘Planzer Parcel’ are guaranteed to make a lasting impression on your customers. They each undergo a training programme with an examination and certificate.
As our drivers do not carry out any other duties, such as loading the vehicles, they are able to focus fully on delivering your parcels. And our in-house laundry service regularly cleans their workwear.
Your concerns as a customer or recipient are our priority. That’s what our Customer Service is there for. Our staff will be happy to answer your questions and clarify any issues you have.
The best part: we don’t have an anonymous helpline with a recorded message – you get to speak directly to one of our friendly and competent employees.

700,000 companies, 3.8 million private households, 26 cantons – Switzerland faces plenty of challenges when it comes to punctual parcel delivery. That’s why we maintain a network throughout Switzerland with 10 railway centres and transport your consignments to their destination region overnight using the environmentally friendly freight rail system – without having to worry about traffic congestion or weather conditions. The so-called last mile to your recipient’s front door is covered by our parcel service vehicles with the original ‘Planzer Parcel’ branding.

Automated flow of information
For us, parcels and data go hand in hand, and we use the latest-generation technology to achieve this. For example, we can connect your ERP system to our logistics software via an EDI interface or a Plugin.
You can manage your orders easily via our shipping portal or track where your shipments are using ‘Track & Trace’.
Dynamic route planning thanks to an algorithm
Working with the Fraunhofer Institute, we have developed an algorithm that automatically and dynamically plans our routes. Over the course of the day, it collects data from our customers – for example the requested pick-up and delivery window or the delivery location – and consolidates this at around midnight.
The data is then used to calculate routes dynamically and compiled to ensure that our driver delivers the parcels on schedule.
